Frankenberry Law Firm is housed in the Gaines Ranch office complex at the NE intersection of Mopac and Highway 290W/71W, just north of Best Buy. This office complex consists of three white stone office buildings with green metal roofing, which match the small historical stone cottage originally built on the property at the turn of the century.

From North Austin:
Take Mopac heading south. Exit for Southwest Parkway. As you approach the Southwest Parkway intersection, take the u-turn back under Mopac. Pass Best-Buy on the right (avoid re-entering Mopac), and 4425 S. Mopac will also be on the right just before the road takes a 90˚ left turn to go back over Mopac. Once you enter the office complex, turn left and park near the first large building on the right (the building next to the small stone cottage). Suite 105 is on the first floor.

From South Austin (south of 290W/71W):
Take Mopac heading north. Exit onto the feeder road for Highway 290. Cross over the 290 overpass, pass Best-Buy on the right (avoid entering Mopac), and 4425 S. Mopac will also be on the right just before the road takes a 90˚ left turn to go back over Mopac. Once you enter the office complex, turn left and park near the first large building on the right (the building next to the small stone cottage). Suite 105 is on the first floor.

From West Austin:
Take Highway 290 heading east. Exit for Brodie Lane. Take a left after passing under Mopac, pass Best-Buy on the right (do not enter Mopac), and 4425 S. Mopac will also be on the right just before the road takes a 90˚ left turn to go back over Mopac. Once you enter the office complex, turn left and park near the first large building on the right (the building next to the small stone cottage). Suite 105 is on the first floor.

From East Austin:
Take Highway 290/71 West towards Oak Hill. Exit for Brodie Lane. Go straight through the Brodie Lane light, and take a right at the next light (Mopac access road). Pass Best-Buy on the right (do not enter Mopac) and 4425 S. Mopac will also be on the right just before the road takes a 90˚ left turn to go back over Mopac. Once you enter the office complex, turn left and park near the first large building on the right (the building next to the small stone cottage). Suite 105 is on the first floor.
